Eight lucky winners got to see Luke Bryan perform on Saturday, October 29th, 2016, and LaGrange Country Dodge had great success with a similar promotion with Kenny Chesney in the summer, and residents were excited that the dealership created the second contest. Winners selected to see Luke Bryan's "Farm Tour" stopped at Detroit's Ford Field. The prize package included tickets to a suite, food and drink, hotel accommodations and transportation.
The winners were live on "Thunder Country" 105.5 FM with LaGrange Country Dodge general manager Mark Hergert announcing the names of the name of lucky listeners. "Thunder Country" also had selected one of their listeners to attend the sold-out concert.
The winners were Tina Schermerhorn of Sturgis, MI; Zac Shankey of LaGrange, IN; Kay Myers of LaGrange, IN; and Diane Rumsey of Orland, IN.
LaGrange Country Dodge recently reopened under new ownership and management and had pledged their support to the local community in their efforts to rebuild LaGrange County after being hit hard by the effects of the recent economic crisis experienced across the nation.
In addition to this recent ticket giveaway, LaGrange Country Dodge also provided the funding for new bulletproof vests for the city of LaGrange, IN, police department. The dealership also donated $6,000 to the local Sheriff's Department to go towards a new drug detection search dog for the K9 Unit and joined the Sheriff's Department for a presentation on the local heroin epidemic at the Lagrange County Chamber of Commerce.
