Larson Electronics’ Work Lights to Be Featured on PBS’ “Hometime” Hosted by Dean Johnson
Kemp, TX (PRWEB) March 21, 2014 -- Hometime producers have selected Larson Electronics' WAL-TP-2X6670 and the WALTP-3XWP400 to be the first lights featured on the show. Both of these work lights are mounted to a heavy duty aluminum tripod that is durable, lightweight, and adjustable to any length between 3’ and 10’. These tripod mounted work lights are constructed for temporary use around the work area and provide a versatile lighting solution for operations where easily managed illumination of large sized areas is required. The WAL-TP-2X6670 features two 70 watt HID light heads that produce 12,600 lumens of flood light capable of illuminating an area 500’ in length by 500’ in width. The unit is multi-voltage capable and can be used with either 12 or 24 volts DC with an included inline transformer that allows operation with the common 110 volts AC wall outlet. The WALTP-3XWP400 is an LED light tower that features three 40 watt LED flood lights that produce a combined total of 2,924 lumens of light. The lights operate on 120-277 volts AC and include 25’ of SOOW cord that is terminated in a straight blade plug.
The GL-9167, EXP-LED-HL-DFX, and the WAL-PM-WP60 are a few of the other work lights that will also be featured on the show. Among the lights they have chosen to use will include a remote controlled light that features 370° of rotation, an explosion proof headlamp for hands free operation, and a pedestal mounted LED work light with 100’ cord to provide ample length to navigate around the work space. With nearly 700 episodes and over 25 years of experience, Hometime is committed to helping homeowners achieve professional-looking results in their own home projects.
