Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) December 17, 2013

Shelter Management Group (SMG), a locally owned homeowner association (HOA) management company based in Henderson, Nevada and servicing the Las Vegas area, announces the hiring of their primary community manager, Jamie Collins.

Ms. Collins comes to the newly opened company with over a decade of experience in the HOA management industry and holds a Supervising Community Manager certificate with the Nevada Real Estate Division as well as the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS (Association Management Specialist) designations through CAI (Community Association Institute).

When approached by SMG founders, Paul Rowe and Antonio Sena, with the opportunity to assist with the opening and management of their company, Ms. Collins said that she was thrilled about the position, the goals for the company and is happy to be a part of the Shelter team.

“With my experience in all forms of HOA management, I felt that I would be able to provide them with exactly what a successful HOA management company needs in the Las Vegas Valley,” Ms. Collins said. “I have always looked forward to the opportunity of directing a portfolio of homeowner associations.”

SMG Co-Founder, Paul Rowe expressed his thoughts on the hiring. “We were very selective in our hiring for this position. The process took almost three months. We wanted a person with a lot of experience in HOA management but also possessed good communications and sales skills. Jamie brings to the table the skill sets in which we were seeking.”
