Kavanaugh joins PayNet as the company accelerates its new product pipeline under Equifax to improve small business lending experiences and outcomes.
Kavanaugh is responsible for developing new versions of existing PayNet offerings and a suite of new solutions that integrate the unique and valuable commercial data assets from Equifax. Kavanaugh brings more than 18 years of success building, marketing and developing go-to-market strategies for leading technology companies. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Product Strategy at CareerBuilder, overseeing the creation of integral products and marketing assets. Before that, she served in a variety of advisory and senior leadership roles at Angie's List including Director of Marketing.
Kavanaugh earned her bachelor's degree from Indiana University at Bloomington, and her Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Economics from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
