Laura and Michael Anderson’s Spiritual Journey Leads to New Book
Weatherford, Texas (PRWEB) January 17, 2014 -- Laura and Michael Anderson share their spiritual, life-changing adventure to Machu Picchu, Peru in their new book, “Changing the Dream: A Pilgrimage to Machu Picchu” (published by Balboa Press).
Seeking to change the dream of the planet from self-destruction to a gentle shift into a new era, Laura and Michael took a journey to Machu Picchu, knowing they could accomplish their goal by performing ceremony and energy work there.

“Now I no longer live in two worlds but have chosen to accept my ability to create my own. It was after my study of the Munay-Ki Rites that I understood about the dream. The ‘dream’ was something I had talked about, even taught about in my yoga classes. We are all dreamers and can create our own reality. Now I knew that until you shed your past you are not able to actively choose your dream. The past wounds continue to influence your present. I began to understand the concept of being influenced by the future.”

About the Authors
Laura and Michael Anderson have been working and healing with energy since the early 1990s. Laura has a master’s degree in holistic nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health. They are both certified as reiki master teachers, and hwal ki do acupressure therapists. As intuitive consultants and natural health facilitators they teach nutrition, health, yoga, t’ai chi/chi kung, meditation, reiki, chakra studies, shamanism with the munay-ki rites, feng shui, interior design, biotuning and Eastern philosophy.
