Stanley Law Offices welcomes Brianne Carbonaro and Anthony Martoccia as the newest members of the firm's personal injury legal team. Both attorneys are excited to join the Stanley Law Offices Syracuse location.
Carbonaro comes to the firm with experience in worker's compensation and personal injury litigation. She was awarded the Upstate New York Super Lawyers Rising Star Award 3 years in a row in 2013, 2014 and 2015. Carbonaro has earned a reputation for her excellent negotiation skills, which help her win favorable jury verdicts and client settlements. Her fierce litigation style is balanced by her compassion for her clients and respect for the justice system.
Martoccia is returning to Stanley Law Offices after heading the Personal Injury Litigation Group at McMahon, Kublick & Smith, P.C. While attending Syracuse University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude, Martoccia interned at Stanley Law Offices and remained on the staff as a first-year attorney. He focuses on representing the injured and has experience in cases involving car accidents, medical and legal malpractice cases, slip and falls, products liability cases and labor law. Throughout his career, he has obtained several million dollars worth of settlements for his clients.

Carbonaro and Martoccia both reside in the Syracuse, NY area. Carbonaro spends her free time cheering on local sports teams and reading. She is passionate about her volunteer work for multiple animal rescue organizations, especially raising awareness for the American Pitbull Terrier. Martoccia, originally from Illinois, has been practicing law in New York for more than 12 years. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Onondaga County Bar Association.
