Lawley Wins a Fit-Friendly Worksites Platinum Award From The American Heart Association After Securing Gold in 2013 For Their Commitment to Workplace Health

American Heart Association Fit-Friendly Worksites Platinum Award

Lawley was chosen as a 2015 American Heart Association Fit-Friendly Worksites Platinum Award winner

Having an in-house wellness department has lead to our employees picking up good health traits, and the Lawley commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles in the workplace has paid off.

This year, Lawley was recognized by the American Heart Association with a Fit-Friendly Worksites Platinum Award after receiving Gold in 2013. Requirements for companies to receive platinum-level recognition include:

  • Implementing at least six of the physical activity criteria
  • Two of the nutrition criteria
  • One of the culture criteria
  • Demonstration of at least one behavior change, cost savings outcome or positive return on investment
