Talent Development Leader Rich Vincent to Deliver Keynote at Scottsdale Symposium

Pretty much every company and business guru yammers on about the importance of great leaders – while doing little or nothing to find or develop them. During his military and business careers, Rich Vincent, Ph.D., has actually accomplished much of the leadership development that others only talk about. Dr. Vincent will be the keynote speaker at Kolbe Corp’s upcoming Conation Nation Symposium, which will focus on talent development strategies. The Symposium is scheduled for May 7, 2015, at the Westin Kierland Resort in Scottsdale.

Dr. Vincent currently serves as vice president of Talent and Leader Development for Amazon.com. He also served as Global Head of Leader Development at Nestlē, and as Director of Organizational Effectiveness for the 81st Air Control Squadron with the United States Air Force. At the Symposium, he will discuss the future of leadership development and other challenges facing tomorrow’s workforce.
