Lenbrook will roll out K4Community in phases. The first phase will include K4Community’s content creation, management, publishing, and digital signage platform, along with K4Community’s resident and family application that provides access to community content, community services and a private social network. The second phase includes expanded smart capabilities, which will be available at the upcoming Kingsboro at Lenbrook community opening in 2022. Once the phase-in is complete, Lenbrook residents and staff will have access to:
- Smart Home: Residents will be able to control their smart living environments (smart lights and thermostats, etc.).
- Smart Wellness: Residents will be able to monitor their health and wellness with fitness trackers, connected smart scales or blood pressure cuffs.

- Content Creation and Digital Signage: The industry’s most advanced digital signage will automate Lenbrook staff workflows and simplify the way they create, manage and share content. This provides increased opportunity for resident engagement with access to real-time information and events, all while streamlining the creation and publishing process for staff members.
