"Currently, we have nearly 30 chapters throughout the Greater Chicagoland area and are expanding with several new chapters opening in the city and suburbs," said Janet Hansen, Regional Director Illinois, LeTip International.

LeTip Chapters meet weekly to exchange qualified leads, build solid business relationships, develop strong presentation skills and become proficient networkers. Only one representative of any given profession is accepted into a chapter, and members are chosen for their occupational expertise.

On Tuesday, October 29, 2013, West Loop LeTip hosts Michael Hobbs, PahRoo Appraisal & Consultancy, to discuss the state of the Chicago Real Estate Market and which Chicago markets are appreciating and which ones are stuck in first gear. Given the consistent media announcements of the real estate recovery, Michael will explain how the national recovery is not being experienced in all Chicago neighborhoods and suburbs just yet.

Michael Hobbs, SRA, RAA, LEED GA, is the President of PahRoo Appraisal & Consultancy, a multi-disciplinary real estate appraisal and consulting firm founded in 2000. Michael holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute, the RAA designation from the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the LEED GA accreditation from the US Green Building Council (USGBC), additionally he is a board member of the the Chicago Chapter of Entrepreneur Organization. Michael regularly speaks and consults nationally on the topics of valuing energy efficiency, 'green' real estate, and high-performance residential and commercial properties.
