Coming from the position of Payroll Specialist at Advantage themselves, John and Maria are uniquely prepared to enhance the implementation of current and new programs for our valued partners, clients, and their own Customer Service team. They will also assist in creating training programs for employees for current and new services that the company provides.

John has worked at Advantage for almost 3 years and was previously a store manager in the retail industry. He currently resides in Massapequa with his girlfriend Bonnie.
Maria has worked at Advantage for 4 years and was previously a customer service manager in the retail industry. She resides in North Bellmore.
