The road to a happy life is sometimes more difficult for some people than others. Buddhist Lim Siew Lan’s new book, “The No Title Book” (published by Trafford Publishing), gives readers the tools to train their minds to face the challenges of life. “We live in a much more complex world today compared to the time of our ancestors,” he says.

Lan describes his book as “a self help guidebook that offers its readers simple tools to achieve success, contentment and happiness in all aspects of life.” He hopes that his readers will learn and be able to naturally accept the joys and sorrows in life that “no insurance or assurance can provide.”

Lan encourages readers to be open-minded when reading his book and test out his advice before fully committing.

“I wish not for readers to take my word for it,” he says. “I want readers to test it out for themselves by themselves. The tools offered in the book may not work for everyone.”
