Rebecca K. Neighbors: Background
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History and English at the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating cum laude, with College Honors, and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. In Dallas County Probate Court No. 2, under the Honorable Judge Chris Wilmoth, Rebecca reviewed applications for hearings set on the court’s docket, and reviewed inventories and final accounts.
Rebecca became licensed to practice law as a member of the State Bar of Texas in May 2014. She is certified as an attorney ad litem in Texas Courts. Rebecca is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law section of the Texas Bar Association.
