Little Sprouts, a local early education organization, has recently been named the “World’s Greatest!” in early education. The school, known for its innovation and nationally recognized curriculum, recently gained the attention of How2Media producers this past May. Little Sprouts will be featured in an upcoming segment of the popular television series “World’s Greatest!” this September.
“World’s Greatest!” is a 30-minute show dedicated to highlighting the world’s greatest companies, products, places, and people. Each episode features behind the scenes footage, interviews, and visuals.
Executive Producer, Gordon Freemna, believes that the audiences at home will find the segment educational and enlightening- providing a standard of comparison when searching for early education schools. “In their home state of Massachusetts, which is often regarded as the most well-educated state in the country, Little Sprouts is achieving unprecedented educational and literacy outcomes.” Freemna continues, “We think their story will prove meaningful, as well as educational to our viewers.”
Little Sprouts is best known locally for pushing the limits beyond your typical daycare in MA and daycare in NH. Their proven track record of success places them at the top of their industry. In the past 9 years alone, Little Sprouts has graduated 94% of their students as early reading proficient, compared to only 60% of MA 3rd graders. Of the students graduating as early reading proficient, over 64% score has advanced for early literacy development, with 25% testing as gifted.
When asked what makes Little Sprouts the “world’s greatest” in early education, Mark Anderegg, Little Sprouts CEO, stated that the Education Team makes all the difference. “We have the best team in early education.” Mark attributes much of the organization’s success to dedicated educators, committed to improving the lives of children. “When you have a group of talented, dedicated professionals, there is no limit to what can be achieved.”
