The agency pledges to work closely with nonprofit groups and community leaders to select a new beneficiary every 60 days in order to bring attention to important local causes through the formation of campaigns which will better allow clients and the community-at-large to ‘live well and thrive’.
To debut the new community enrichment program, Alex Cole, owner of Cole Insurance Agency, has chosen to support the Wishbone Foundation, an organization which provides vital training for nurses and their labor and delivery teams so they may expertly support families experiencing miscarriage, stillborn and early infant death. Nearly 1 in every 200 pregnancies in the U.S. result in a stillbirth, but very few hospitals have teams trained to support families during such a devastating experience. Without proper training and resources, the teams simply can’t offer the support families need at such a delicate and emotional time. Wishbone believes no family should have to endure the tragic loss of a baby without the caring support of well-trained bereavement teams to provide strength, courage and hope.
