Torrey Pines Kiwanis and San Diego Magazine Host the La Jolla Festival™ of the Arts June 20 – 21
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) June 09, 2015 -- Torrey Pines Kiwanis and San Diego Magazine host the 29th La Jolla Festival™ of the Arts on June 20 – 21. Guests will experience the nearly 200 award-winning fine artists. They can sip and sample their way through the festival as event tickets include craft beer and wine tastings. Kids can enjoy crafts, face painting, and puppet shows, while dads can watch the US Open and enjoy a complimentary pint glass on Father’s Day. Live music and entertainment will cap off an unforgettable weekend at the La Jolla Festival of the Arts

WHERE: UC San Diego’s Warren Field - San Diego, CA
Honorary Ambassadors: Aaron Chang, world-renowned surf photographer and Tim Bessell, legendary custom surfboard shaper,will be displaying their sought after works of art at the festival. Bessell will have Warhol boards onsite - including the newest to the collection, Mick Jagger. Chang will exhibit gems from his 25 Years of Surf photography.
Entertainment includes Peter Sprague and Fred Benedetti, Jazz 88 All Stars, Monsoon, led by Dave Scott, Bayou Brothers, Ben Owens, Nina Francis, Abe Lagrimas, Jasmine Commerce, Caprice Strings, Nouveau Duo, Miles Moynier, Jazz Pigs, Ace Tropics, Tom Greisberger and Gayle Skidmore.
Restaurants onsite includes Ohana Hawaiian Island BBQ, Divine Greek, Doggos Gus, Home Plate Sports Cafe, Bottaro Wood Fire Pizza, Harvest Truck. Hunter Steakhouse and Blue Chip Ice Cream.
