Mevorah founded his Lombard law firm in 1979, just weeks after being sworn in as an attorney. Steven Mevorah built his practice from the ground up starting it in the back of a Native American Jewelry store. Mevorah has grown his firm to its current powerhouse of 12 attorneys. While Mevorah focuses his practice on personal injury and family law, Mevorah has assembled an all-star team of attorneys with a wealth of experience in Immigration, Workers Compensation, Criminal, DUI, Bankruptcy, Family law and Personal Injury.

Steven Mevorah has maintained a headquarters in Lombard, and as the business continued to grow, in 1984, Mevorah opened a satellite office in Bloomingdale. This additional location helped Mevorah to better serve his clients who lived further north, as Bloomingdale is located next to Schaumburg. In the past 5 years, Mevorah Law Offices LLC has opened offices in Chicago, Joliet and St. Charles to better serve clients and businesses located in Cook, Will and Kane Counties.
In order to help achieve this goal Mevorah continued to expand his practice by hiring new attorneys and offering additional practice areas. Today Mevorah Law Offices LLC has 12 attorneys and a large support staff. In the 35 years that Mevorah has been in business, his firm has recovered tens of millions of dollars for its clients.
