Vidulich hopes to reduce these numbers by helping the community to accomplish their health and fitness goals through her boot camp’s Unstoppable Fitness Formula, which includes accountability to ensure members stay on track in and out of the boot camp.
She explains, “My passion is to help people achieve their fat loss goals. I love it. I analyze mountains of research to discover the best, most effective methods, and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Health & Exercise Science from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.”
Though Vidulich has been athletic for most of her life, she admits that she was not always in great shape and had an unhealthy attachment to sugar. After going on her own transformation journey and losing a total of 41 pounds, Vidulich knew she could assist others who are struggling to lose weight or stay fit by not only delivering powerful fat-burning workouts, but by helping them to make healthier lifestyle choices so results are kept and maintained.
She says, “As an Exercise Physiologist, certified ACSM Health Fitness Specialist, and Master Certified Turbulence Trainer, my personal experience with transformation has helped thousands of people worldwide make a change, and is a powerful reason why I keep striving for personal excellence.” Vidulich adds, “Even though my background is in exercise rehabilitation, over the years I have discovered I really enjoy helping folks lose pounds of fat.
