LoopUp, the provider of simple, pain-free conference calls and online meetings, today announced the January 2015 recruitment of a record sixteen into its college graduate program, eight in the UK and eight in the US.
The college graduate program offers graduates a role in the commercial organization, with training and development designed to prepare individuals for the next step in their career. The program has expanded year on year, and is now in its seventh year with both summer and winter intakes. Having recruited twenty into the business during 2013, LoopUp intends to hire a total of twenty seven during 2014.
“As LoopUp continues its rapid growth, the college graduate program is becoming ever more important,” said Steve Flavell, co-CEO of LoopUp. “We’re recruiting smart college graduates to train and develop into top-class commercial contributors and managers. After seven years of the program, we have some great role models for the new team members to learn from and aspire to.”
