Peter Clinton is a proven financial and start-up executive with a 25 year successful track record at investment and commercial banks, such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, CS First Boston, and Irving Trust. After 14 years in investment banking, Mr. Clinton now focuses on financial software development, eco ventures, and financial advisory services. Mr. Clinton adds a global financial, M&A, and software perspective to the Strategic Board.
Dan Chen, has 15 years of investment banking, private equity and corporate development experience in the technology, media and telecom industries. In these roles, he has been involved in transactions totaling over $5 billion in value throughout his career. Mr. Chen is a Managing Director at Siemer & Associates, LLC, a Los Angeles-based merchant bank focused on providing M&A and capital raising advisory services to companies in the software, digital media and Internet services space.
Al Zollar brings 34 years of IBM experience in the professional services and Saas business sectors to Lotus Innovations.
