Lynxspring, founded in 2002 by long-time industry veteran, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board Terry Swope, has focused on providing the innovative technology, products and services that have helped propel their market-leading position.
Based on strong growth and increasing market demand, Lynxspring has reorganized its Executive team, designed to orient the company more precisely to the needs of its clients, as well as to focus on the opportunities in the fast-growing smart buildings and edge-to-enterprise markets.
Effective March 1st, Melissa Dziurawiec will be appointed to the new position of President of the reorganized Lynxspring. Melissa Dziurawiec will lead the daily operations and manage the financial strength of the company to provide direct analytic, operational and administrative support to the entire Lynxspring executive team. Her responsibilities will consist of Finance, Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, Sales, Technical Support, Marketing, Training, and Professional Services. Dziurawiec has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2010 and joined the Lynxspring team in 2007.
Robert Hirsch will be appointed Chief Technology Officer. Robert Hirsch will lead Lynxspring's heightened industry- and customer-focused initiatives in research & development, production, product execution, quality assurance, and the Connexxion® software group. Hirsch has served as Chief Operating Officer for Lynxspring since 2003.
Melissa Dziurawiec and Robert Hirsch will continue to report to Terry Swope, who will remain Lynxspring's CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Melissa and Robert will be supported by the company's current executive team members including Marc Petock, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, Joe Cahill, Chief Operations Officer, Bob Mealey, Vice President, Enterprise Accounts, and Pat Hirsch, Vice President, OEM Business. Each will retain their individual responsibilities towards delivering on the company's vision, mission and achieving its goals.
