Lynxspring, Inc. (https://www.lynxspring.com), a privately-held company that develops and manufactures open, software and hardware platforms for smart buildings, and edge-to-enterprise integration and applications, today announced a reorganization to better serve the changing needs of its clients and the industry they serve.

Lynxspring, founded in 2002 by long-time industry veteran, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board Terry Swope, has focused on providing the innovative technology, products and services that have helped propel their market-leading position.

Based on strong growth and increasing market demand, Lynxspring has reorganized its Executive team, designed to orient the company more precisely to the needs of its clients, as well as to focus on the opportunities in the fast-growing smart buildings and edge-to-enterprise markets.

Effective March 1st, Melissa Dziurawiec will be appointed to the new position of President of the reorganized Lynxspring. Melissa Dziurawiec will lead the daily operations and manage the financial strength of the company to provide direct analytic, operational and administrative support to the entire Lynxspring executive team. Her responsibilities will consist of Finance, Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, Sales, Technical Support, Marketing, Training, and Professional Services. Dziurawiec has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2010 and joined the Lynxspring team in 2007.

Robert Hirsch will be appointed Chief Technology Officer. Robert Hirsch will lead Lynxspring’s heightened industry- and customer-focused initiatives in research & development, production, product execution, quality assurance, and the Connexxion® software group. Hirsch has served as Chief Operating Officer for Lynxspring since 2003.

Melissa Dziurawiec and Robert Hirsch will continue to report to Terry Swope, who will remain Lynxspring’s CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Melissa and Robert will be supported by the company’s current executive team members including Marc Petock, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, Joe Cahill, Chief Operations Officer, Bob Mealey, Vice President, Enterprise Accounts, and Pat Hirsch, Vice President, OEM Business. Each will retain their individual responsibilities towards delivering on the company’s vision, mission and achieving its goals.

Terry Swope said, “Melissa and Robert, as well as the entire Lynxspring executive team, have been working tirelessly to improve our market position and they both have enthusiastic goals for the future of our company. After working with Ms. Dziurawiec for the past twelve years, I can say that she has proven her ability to lead, develop, and execute financial and strategic plans while keeping a clear focus on our core values and growth.” Terry Swope added, “From the beginning of the company, Robert has helped develop Lynxspring’s plan for long-term growth, capitalizing on developing our technical prowess and excellence in customer service.”

“This reorganization is an important step in securing the future of Lynxspring by establishing a corporate structure on which we can continue building value into what Lynxspring brings to our customers and our whole industry,” said Melissa Dziurawiec, the new President of Lynxspring, Inc.

“Taking a value-added approach to every aspect of our business has made it possible to demonstrate to our clients that Lynxspring is their partner in success. Our success resides solely on their success,” said Robert Hirsch, Lynxspring’s new Senior Vice President and CTO. “This re-assessment of ourselves demonstrates our commitment to providing the best products and services to our customers.”
