CTIA CONFERENCE – M2M Spectrum Networks has selected the team of TrueNet Communications and KMM to provide turnkey logistics services to support the national build-out of its network – the nation’s first purpose-built network designed specifically for machine-to-machine communications.

“As we prepare for this build-out, we needed a dependable supply chain in place that could scale quickly and easily to meet our site requirements,” said Doreen Trant, M2M Spectrum Networks, Senior Vice President of Network Implementation. “Additionally, we wanted a cash-flow friendly model, which the team of TrueNet and KMM offered, since they actually own the inventory throughout the majority of the deployment process.”

The multi-million dollar award calls for TrueNet and its partner KMM to provide turnkey supply chain services, including material sourcing and procurement; regional and local warehousing; and logistics and transportation services. M2M Spectrum Networks is constructing what will become the nation’s first purpose-built network designed specifically for machine-to-machine communications, covering 75% of the US population by the end of 2015, and 95% by the end of 2016.

“We’re honored that M2M has chosen TrueNet to deliver services key to its successful network build-out,” stated TrueNet Communications CEO and President, Frank Del Col. “In today’s competitive environment, our value proposition is our speed, agility and scalability at delivering world-class services at an affordable price that are customized to meet our clients’ needs.”

“We’re appreciative that M2M and TrueNet have entrusted us with delivering the supply chain services for this deployment,” said John Campanelli, President of Business Operations at KMM. “We are happy to be a part of this team and to support this ground-breaking program. We look forward to providing value to M2M and TrueNet with our processes, our technology and our people.”
