Val Verde County and M2M Spectrum Networks, LLC Partner to Protect Vital Law Enforcement Assets
Del Rio, Texas (PRWEB) October 21, 2014 -- The Val Verde County Sheriff’s Office has taken a critical step toward strengthening the security of its vehicles, officers and law enforcement equipment by partnering with technology and telecommunications industry leader M2M Spectrum Networks, LLC to deploy leading edge asset tracking tools.
Under a pilot agreement approved by the Val Verde Commissioners Court, M2M will outfit Sheriff’s Office vehicles at no cost with exclusive hardware that can allow Sheriff’s personnel to track the vehicle and its contents’ movement and location at any time, a vital tool in the Texas border region. M2M Spectrum Networks also looks forward to adding other vendors to the pilot.

The pilot approved by county commissioners is slated to last at least 18 months and will be conducted at no cost to the county.
