Exterior Pro, Inc. is pleased to announce that they are nearing the completion of their roof installation project on Hanover College’s Lynn Hall. The project began in August of 2013 and will wrap up in the next several weeks.

Lynn Hall was the home of Hanover’s athletic program from 1947–1995 but has recently suffered from serious roof leakage. After several unsuccessful restoration attempts, Exterior Pro was brought in to install a brand new Duro-Last roof.

The success of this installation has led to Exterior Pro being awarded an additional contract from the College, where they will soon begin working on the roof for a new stadium expansion.

“I was very pleased that we were given the contract at Lynn hall, it was a challenging roof to install but the crew did great,” says Exterior Pro Founder, Aaron Perry. “To be awarded another project by the same construction manager tells me that Exterior Pro is on the right track. Repeat business is a great way to measure how well a company performs—there is a reason they ask you back for subsequent projects.”

The renovation marks Lynn Hall’s transition from an athletic facility to a building containing both classrooms and dorm space.

The roofing project was one of Exterior Pro’s largest to date and the success it has brought has given the company the skills and capacity to start to take on additional projects of a large scale. “We enjoyed doing this project and learned a lot, we have the roof on and building is dry,” says Perry.
