“I was tired of the grind,” Lawson said. “As I got older, I decided I wanted to do something bigger and better. Working in the pharmaceutical world gave me great business insight, but left me desiring something more. People always told me I should start my own business. The energy that would go into starting an independent business would be exhausting. I decided franchising was the way to go and landed on the senior care industry.”

For many seniors and disabled adults, their homes represent the last symbol of independence and dignity.
