MakNuAx will integrate essential Customer Experience (CX), Human Centered Design (HCD), and Agile Methodology best practices to enhance our solutions for these businesses.
The purpose of SBA EADS is to ease the burden on the small business community in regards to their engagement and interaction with the SBA. The pandemic highlighted the importance of small businesses as the backbone of our economy and the impending need for the SBA to provide more personalized, timely support for their operations.
