Courtney, a 12-year-old girl, dreads the thought of growing up. While her life was once normal, it is now a shell of its former reality due to her father’s absence. Luckily for her, the realm of light, goodness and beauty – Elysia – offers her refuge from the plights of everyday life and her depression. Unfortunately, Courtney may not be able to enjoy Elysia; only children are allowed in the mysterious realm.
