Manthan, a leader in Advanced Analytics, Big Data and Cloud software was voted #1 for Customer Satisfaction by Tier One Retailers and Grocery Vendors on the prestigious Top 10 RIS News Software Leaderboard lists, moving up two places from last year. Customer Satisfaction is considered the single most important element in the Leaderboard. In all, 295 retailers cast their votes this year and had 45 qualified vendors to choose from. Manthan was also ranked #1 in six other categories. The RIS Software Leaderboard is an annual ranking for retail software vendors based on customer feedback.
