New book by Margaret Bridgeford links health of humans, landscape
BRISBANE, Australia (PRWEB) August 25, 2015 -- Author Margaret Bridgeford serves up food for thought to readers with her new book, “Eat…Think…Heal: One Family’s Story of Discovering the Healing Powers of Food and Thought” (published by Balboa Press AU), which explains the influence of both food and thought as healing options for human health.
Pesticides and fertilizers were common on Bridgeford’s family farm on the Darling Downs of Queensland. As the landscape suffered from their farming practices, so did Bridgeford’s family. Her story recounts how her family finally left their pharmaceutical-based farm, and provides detailed accounts of how the health of the soil and the strength of human bones are directly connected.
Additionally, Bridgeford introduces the possibility of the influence of ethereal powers of the universe as influences on our overall health. She comments on the role of vibrational medicine in her family’s health and how readers can employ vibrational medicine practices in their own lives. With these practices, Bridgeford believes readers can better listen to their intuition and use focused thought to help them judge their health.
Thoughtful and insightful, “Eat…Think…Heal” seeks to link the health of the land with the health of the human population. Through her book, Bridgeford hopes to remind readers of the power of individual choice.
Praise for “Eat…Think…Heal”:
“Margaret Bridgeford has woven incisive research to create a vivid image of the landscapes of soil, body and soul, revealing the vibrational connection between them all. Margaret Bridgeford convincingly ignites a call to action.”
