New York City, NY (PRWEB) December 03, 2013 -- Ten anonymous candidates were interviewed by Marketing on 6th, Inc at a 2.5 hour focus group which was dedicated to uncovering leadership characteristics. The firm’s focus group research involved an organized discussion with a select group of individuals to gain information about their views on leadership traits and experiences with managers in the workplace. The company confirm all interviewee’s were all New York natives, aged between 25-35 years of age and either worked in a leadership, management or directorship role for a minimum of 12 months.

The article, titled 'Mentally Strong People: The 13 Things They Avoid' discusses mental strength which was based on a list compiled by Amy Morin, a psychotherapist and licensed clinical social. ‘We find this type of insight interesting. The list focused on what successful leaders ‘don’t do’.
