Seller Dynamics extend their marketplace management system to fully embrace omni-channel management.

Seller Dynamics, the marketplace management specialists, have significantly extended the sales reach of omni-channel retailers by providing powerful new omni-channel management features in their system. The latest release shows yet again the power and flexibility of the ecommerce marketplace system with the addition of enhanced omni-channel support.

The introduction of “any” marketplace support allows online retailers to use Seller Dynamics as a central stock management system regardless of where or how they are selling. It ensures that all the sales channels that a retailer is using, or wants to use, can be reconciled within the system giving them a full omni-channel solution.

“Not all channels, that a retailer may be using, lend themselves to a fully automated stock reconciliation process, and that can give them a real headache when managing stock, but with the streamlining of our sales import facilities that headache goes away,” said Ingram, “you could always reconcile before, but now we’ve really nailed it.”

The “any” marketplace additions allow retailers to carry out a stock reconciliation at the end of day, or at various points throughout the day. This ensures that the risk of overselling practically vanishes if the retailer is using a website or a marketplace that doesn’t connect fully with Seller Dynamics, true unified inventory management.

With a range of global marketplaces already fully supported and fully automated, such as Amazon, Fnac and eBay, the omni-channel support ensures that Seller Dynamics is now demonstrably offering a complete solution for ambitious retailers wherever they are selling.
