Maui Wowi Calls in the “Doctors”

The DRS representatives are area developers who act as an extension of the company headquarters by providing hands-on support to franchisees in their territories that will help grow their individual local businesses. They provide one-on-one assistance with grand opening preparations, acquiring events, venue contracts, employee training, and any additional operational support that is needed.

Now in its 15th year, the program consists of five Maui Wowi franchisees who represent areas of Minneapolis, Southern California, Houston, Los Angeles, and Southern Ohio. The recent meeting involved a dialogue between the Directors of Regional Support and company executives to outline commitments, discuss upcoming initiatives and additional ways to provide another level of support to franchisees.
