With the mobile business there’s small overhead, you get to go to unlimited fun events, and serve a quality product from behind a fun cart.
Greenwood Village, Colo. (PRWEB) March 08, 2014
Maui Wowi Hawaiian, a dual beverage concept specializing in premium Hawaiian coffee and fresh fruit smoothies, has signed an Empire Agreement to bring another 10 Maui Wowi operating units to the Northeast. Behind the new deal are freshly minted franchisees, Chris and Erica Bruno from Felton, Delaware.
The enthusiastic couple has long awaited the opportunity to start their own business. Chris has seen every side of the restaurant industry during a 15 year career in everything from catering to management, while Erica has spent an equal amount of time becoming an experienced paralegal. Finally, the timing was right and all signs pointed to Maui Wowi.
“We looked into Maui Wowi and really haven’t looked back,” said Erica. “Everything was just 100% in line with what we wanted to do. We’re excited to be Empire Builders so we can share our dreams of success and happiness with those who mean the most to us.”
Beginning this new phase and adventure together has reinforced their commitment to family. Through Maui Wowi, Chris and Erica see endless opportunities to involve their relatives in the business and anticipate them eagerly joining the team. Chris and Erica have decided to begin with Maui Wowi’s mobile unit, a conveniently portable cart that can move from one event to the next, spreading brand awareness and the Aloha Spirit.
“With the mobile business there’s small overhead, you get to go to unlimited fun events, and serve a quality product from behind a fun cart,” says Erica. “Are we catching the theme?-Endless fun!”
The flexibility of the mobile business model will allow Erica to maintain her current career and also work together with Chris to begin building awareness throughout their community. Attending innumerable events across the Northeast, the two of them hope to garner a devoted customer following that will later support a fixed or seasonal location on the beaches of Delaware.
“We want to spread the joy of Maui Wowi’s triple threat: quality products, fun décor, and unbeatable personalities behind the smiles that serve our guests,” says Erica.
After a week-long hands-on training at the Maui Wowi headquarters, Chris and Erica will own the tools needed to build a successful coffee and smoothie empire along with help from their family members and their new Maui Wowi ‘ohana (family).
