Maui Wowi announces three employee promotions that will add more support to its franchisees.

Building a great team is the foundation for success throughout the company.

Greenwood Village, Colo. (PRWEB) January 25, 2014

Maui Wowi Hawaiian, a quickly growing franchise company that has become a leader in serving premium quality beverages that include fresh fruit smoothies and specialty Hawaiian coffees, has announced the expansion of its support team with three new operational employee promotions.

  •     Eric Richardson: promoted from senior project manager of construction to director of construction services
o    "We added eight new domestic store locations in 2013 and we could not be happier with them. I am excited for 2014 and the growth of the Maui Wowi Hawaiian brand with over 15 stores anticipated to be built this year worldwide," says Richardson.

  •     Misty Hartner: promoted from events and venues manager to senior manager of franchise support
o    "While most of my responsibilities regarding events and venues will remain the same, I am excited to play an integral part in driving change to our operations, training, and marketing systems that will improve our ability to provide even better franchise support," says Hartner.

  •     Jaci Kuntz: promoted from front office manager to franchise support coordinator
o    In this role, Kuntz will be assisting the operations team with the retail and event launch process, brand standards, and support inquiries from franchisees. She will also assist franchisees with individual marketing plan development and logistics as well as coordinating the hands-on training sessions for new franchisees. In the interim Jaci will continue her responsibilities as front office manager.

The positions were newly created based on the company’s growing needs as it anticipates an active year of continued expansion of its retail store model, as well as its stronghold in the events and venues market.

“Building a great team is the foundation for success throughout the company,” says Mike Weinberger, chief executive officer for Maui Wowi. “Our goal is to continue providing unparalleled support to our franchisees that sets them up to be successful business owners. It’s always rewarding to see employees grow within the company and be recognized for their hard work and dedication to the brand.”

Maui Wowi offers uniquely flexible business models and is a 100% franchised company that is actively looking to bring its Hawaiian coffees and fresh fruit smoothies to more places, both domestically and internationally.
