Maui Wowi Franchisee to Open New Store in Cary, North Carolina

This will be the first fixed retail store for Franchise Owner Zach Dunbar.
Dunbar has been operating two mobile event carts in Rochester, New York for the past year as he prepares to relocate to North Carolina now that he has found the perfect site for his piece of Maui Wowi paradise. With the lease officially signed, Dunbar is ready for the move and journey ahead.
“I worked a couple of county fairs, festivals, and even a Health Expo that has allowed me to get my feet wet and learn how to operate the business,” said Dunbar. “It has been a great experience so far and the events did a good job preparing me to open my store.”
Located in a busy shopping center in Cary, a Raleigh suburb, the store features a convenient drive-thru and was exactly what Dunbar had in mind. Anchored by a Wal-Mart Market, a scaled down version of the super store, as well as by a health and fitness store and gym, the shopping center is a perfect space for the new Maui Wowi shop.
Dunbar plans to bring the community together through Maui Wowi’s enticing atmosphere, relaxing environment, and quality products. With his experience as a girls’ softball coach, Dunbar hopes to make connections with the local schools and sports teams in an effort to become a sponsor and provide healthy smoothies for the players.
He and his family are looking forward to the new store and new life in North Carolina. Located at 919 N. Harrison Ave in Cary, North Carolina, Maui Wowi Hawaiian is expected to open by the end of the year.
