M. B. Goldstein’s New Book Offers ‘The Newest Testament’
Avalon, N.J. (PRWEB) November 13, 2013 -- Twenty years of intensive research have culminated with the writing of what author M. B. Goldstein describes as a secular bible: “The Newest Testament: A Secular Bible” (published by Archway Publishing). This book introduces readers to the worlds of science and theology, a special field of study Goldstein has named psychotheology.
According to its author, “The Newest Testament” is a trip through history to analyze the renderings of the great religious leaders, philosophers and thinkers, to formulate a work which promotes intelligent belief, not just blind faith.
“In an age of antagonism between believers in different religions a new unifying work of scripture, which all peoples can adhere to, is most relevant,” Goldstein says. “The promotion of the historical significance of forced conversion, meaning that many, if not most, of the people on earth are of a different faith than their ancestors, solely because of military or political force, should foster a greater bond of unity.”
