The Arizona Advanced Manufacturing Institute (AzAMI) at Mesa Community College (MCC) is celebrating National Manufacturing Day by opening its doors to the community. Guided tours of its enhanced machining, processing and additive manufacturing labs will be offered between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., Friday, Oct. 3, 2014 at MCC’s Southern and Dobson campus (1833 W. AzAMI will provide veterans, trade-impacted workers and others with the knowledge, skills and abilities required by aerospace and advanced manufacturing sectors of today and tomorrow.
