You will drive each other forward,” says Graham Buchanan of GB Marketing Enterprise.

3. Learn from others
No matter how much experience someone may have, there is always something new to learn. “Never assume that you know everything. Always aim to learn at least one new thing every day,” says Graham Buchanan. Especially in the fast-paced outsourced sales and marketing sector, market requirements can change rapidly. It is therefore important to keep updated about industry events and to be mindful of competitors. “Keep inventing and always try to be one step ahead.”
