Video Streaming Syndication Company Spondo Appoints Media Veteran, Peter Brack, to its Board of Directors
Brisbane and Melbourne (PRWEB) March 25, 2014 -- Peter Brack’s distinguished media career began when he led the expansion of Turner Broadcasting’s content channel offerings into Asia, including the launch of the CNN and Cartoon Network. Mr. Brack then held senior executive roles at Time Inc. International, where he was responsible for the revenue and overall profitability of TIME & FORTUNE’s Asia editions, overseeing the Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney offices.
Most recently, Mr. Brack was co-founder and CEO of two companies, both of which went public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He is an active member of the internet and digital media communities in New York, Los Angeles and China.
“When Spondo was first introduced to me it resonated because it’s front and center in the area where content meets technology, specifically where the monetization of content takes place using technology,” said Mr. Brack. “I’m placing a bet on Spondo. Spondo had been seeking a Board member with strong, international media, M&A and strategic expertise to complement its existing leadership. Mr. Brack fits the bill perfectly.
