Experienced, Trusted Attorney and Mediator Abraham Hoffmann Joins Mediation.com
Trumbull, CT (PRWEB) September 04, 2014 -- Having served the families and businesses of Connecticut for more than thirty years in his role as attorney and mediator, Abraham Hoffmann has announced his membership in the quick-growing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) online portal, Mediation.com. The move comes as part of a comprehensive strategy to establish and raise his online presence and profile.
“My goal has always been to form long-term relationships with clients,” said Hoffmann of the move. “I strive to be approachable and to offer the best service and tireless advocacy possible in all scenarios. My clients always get my full attention. I work hard to be available to them at any time. We are up front about everything. We offer written fee agreements at every step so there are no surprises or problems. Whether it’s in the court room or as a mediator, I never want a client to walk away unhappy or dissatisfied. My role is to help my clients, period.”
A graduate of the University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law and Boston University, Hoffmann established his firm in 1980. He has represented individuals, families, local companies and medical providers and national and international companies. He concentrates in the fields of creditor's rights, debt collection, business law, real estate law, civil law, commercial law, probate law, trusts, wills, and estates, contract law, and personal injury law.
A trusted and active member of his community, Hoffmann is a member of the Commercial Law League of America and Connecticut Bar Association. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Congregation Rodeph Sholom, past board member and President of the Congregation Shaare Torah, and a former board member of the Nob Hill Condominiums. Abraham enjoys bicycling and participates in several charity bike rides each year and raises money for those causes.
