I’ve been at this for 54 years and I’ve conducted over 250 jury trials as well as countless mediation sessions, but I don’t want to intimidate people. I want them to be able to come to my office and tell me what they need.

With over five decades of experience in a wide variety of challenging and difficult legal cases, Charles Damsel has been serving the community of West Palm Beach and Florida at the highest levels for longer than many of his clients have been alive. With a recent decision to focus more on the alternate dispute resolution (ADR) side of his practice, he announced his membership in Mediation.com.
“I believe in being three things: the most prepared man in the room, the most knowledgeable man in the room, and the most approachable man in the room,” Damsel said. “That’s one reason why I encourage people to call me by my nickname – Chubby; it breaks the ice and puts us on equal footing right away. I’ve been at this for 54 years and I’ve conducted over 250 jury trials as well as countless mediation sessions, but I don’t want to intimidate people. I want them to be able to come to my office and tell me what they need.”
