With more than two decades spent as an attorney specializing in employment law, Daniel C. Hoffman is Mediation.com’s latest addition to its vast attorney-mediator network. This move is designed to establish Mr. Hoffman’s online presence and to make his extensive experience in workers’ compensation, discrimination, harassment, disability and negligent hiring and retention available to a wider client base.
“When it comes to dealing with issues in the workplace, the best solution often stems not from an argumentative approach but from a cooperative one,” said Mr. Hoffman. “Mediation offers the best results to disputes by creating a forum where both sides can work together towards a solution that is crafted by considering what each party wants from the other and what is legally, economically and realistically possible.”
Although his practice has served clients with claims across the spectrum, especially in the field of employment issues, Mr. Hoffman has direct experience in dealing with personal injury defense and litigation, commercial and construction claims and products liability, having tried numerous jury trials in State and Federal Courts. He enjoys sharing his expertise by speaking and publishing articles about workers’ compensation and defense litigation topics.
A 1984 graduate of the University of Notre Dame School of Law, Mr. Hoffman is presently a member of the Atlanta Claims Association and the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys while being admitted to practice in all Georgia State and Federal Courts, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. As the firm’s managing partner, Mr. Hoffman is an active member of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association and has received an AV Preeminent Peer Review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
