North Carolina Attorney Daniel L. Tedrick Announces Membership in Mediation.com
Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) January 11, 2014 -- Daniel L. Tedrick is known as litigator, mediator and arbitrator in a wide range of business-related issues, as well as an attorney who understands the business world through his experience in formation and development of several multi-million dollar real estate ventures. His recent announcement that he was bringing his unique business perspective to Mediation.com was met with enthusiastic approval from the local business community.
“I’ve always focused on the law in general and even litigation specifically as a mechanism to facilitate business rather than hinder it,” said Tedrick. “By concentrating my practice in distressed debt resolutions and structured work-outs, I am an attorney who’s focused on solutions. That’s a very business-like attitude, I think, and it’s what sets me apart. As a result, I see the value of mediation and arbitration better than most, because the goal is the solution which allows business to move forward, not simply the pursuit of lawsuits for their own sake.”
Mr. Tedrick is a Certified Mediator with the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission (NCDRC) and is a Certified Arbitrator by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He has mediated and arbitrated a wide variety of cases involving issues such as breach of contract, unfair lending practices, product liability claims, construction disputes, business torts, negligence, and securities fraud. Despite his busy law practice, Mr. Tedrick continues to oversee the rapid growth of his real estate ventures and remains the primary point of contact on all transactions.
Prior to founding his own boutique firm, Mr. Tedrick worked for two AmLaw 50 law firms where he practiced in complex commercial litigation, primarily in federal court, representing clients from a variety of Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders including; national and foreign banks, insurance and financial services providers, accounting firms, health care providers, and chemical and heavy equipment manufacturers.
A graduate of Wake Forest School of Law and Davidson College, Mr. Tedrick is admitted to practice in all North Carolina State and Federal District Courts, as well as the Fourth and Seventh Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.
