Author, Attorney and Celebrated Estate Planning Advisor, Peggy Hoyt Named as Speaker at 16th Annual Family Café on the Subject of Special Needs Planning
Ovieldo, FL (PRWEB) May 14, 2014 -- Attorney Peggy Hoyt has been confirmed as a speaker at the Family Café, a national conference for individuals with disabilities and their families, to be held at the Hilton Orlando in Lake Concord on Friday, June 6, 2014 from 3:00-4:00 pm. The author and co-author of numerous books, including the book titled, “Special People, Special Planning. Ms. Hoyt is a frequent speaker on estate planning and elder law topics including pet planning, special needs planning and planning for unmarried couples and same sex partners.
“I’m honored to be a part of the Family Café event,” said Hoyt. “For sixteen years, this event has provided a space for people with disabilities and their families where they can learn about services and network both with policy makers and each other. I’m excited to be able to contribute my own experience and wisdom to the subject.”
Ms. Hoyt is a regular presenter for the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and Wealth Counsel and has appeared on CNN Financial News, in the Wall Street Journal and in the Orlando Sentinel.
A graduate of Stetson University, Ms. Hoyt is also a licensed Realtor and a certified FINRA Arbitrator, as well as a certified Florida Circuit Court Mediator. Attorney Hoyt speaks frequently on matters regarding estate planning, elder law issues, pet planning and special needs planning. This will mark Ms. Hoyt’s another year of presenting at the widely respected Family Café event.
