Attorneys Peggy Hoyt and Randy Bryan Named Featured Speakers at Planning for the Generations Symposium hosted by WealthCounsel and ElderCounsel
Oviedo, FL (PRWEB) July 01, 2014 -- WealthCounsel, together with ElderCounsel, two of the most renowned and respected communities of estate planning and elder law professionals, have announced that leading Florida attorneys Peggy Hoyt and Randy Bryan have agreed to be featured speakers at their combined Symposium, Planning for the Generations, to be held in Denver, Colorado from July 16th through the 18th at the Hyatt Regency.

The Symposium will feature more than 30 sessions discussing issues of estate planning, business planning, elder law, special needs planning and wealth transfer planning. It will also feature two days of “intensive training” in specific areas. Randy Bryan will be presenting “Entering Elder Law from the Ground Floor” on July 15th as part of the Precursor events, and Peggy Hoyt will be presenting “Planning for Your Pets” on July 17th.
Randy Bryan was named a Florida Super Lawyer in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014 and is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. Peggy Hoyt, a graduate of the Stetson University College of Law is also a noted author of more than ten estate planning books. Both Peggy and Randy are dual board certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates, and in Elder Law. They founded their practice in 1999 and concentrate their practice on estate planning and administration, elder law, real estate and small business matters.
