The Law Offices of Hoyt & Bryan Celebrate 15th Anniversary of the Firm’s Founding
Oviedo, FL (PRWEB) October 29, 2014 -- In September 1999, the Law Offices of Hoyt & Bryan was founded on a commitment to education, lifetime relationships and superior client service in the fields of estate planning and administration, elder law, real estate and small business issues. Fifteen years later, the firm celebrated its anniversary surrounded by clients, friends and colleagues.
Hoyt & Bryan has distinguished itself as the only law firm in Florida with two attorneys who are board certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates, as well as in Elder Law. They’ve sought to share their knowledge and experience with clients and non-clients alike, organising educational forums for families and their trusted advisors so they can better understand the intricacies of estate planning and elder law in order to accomplish unique individual and family goals.
Founding partner Peggy Hoyt is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law and concentrates her practice in the areas of wealth planning and legacy counselling, including trust and estate planning and administration, elder law and long term care asset protection, small business creation, succession and exit planning, real estate transactions and animal law, specifically pet trusts and pet disputes. Peggy is the author of numerous books on estate planning, planning for pets, special needs planning, planning for same sex couples, women in transition, estate administration and gratitude. Her books are available on Amazon.com.
Founding partner Randy Bryan is a graduate of The University of Miami Law School and formerly served in the United States Navy’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He still serves in the Navy Reserve as a Captain. Randy has been named a “Florida Super Lawyer” every year since 2011, as well as one of Florida Trend magazine’s “Florida’s Legal Elite.” He concentrates his practice in the areas of wealth planning and legacy counselling, including trust and estate planning and administration, advanced estate planning and asset protection, and elder law and long term care asset protection. He is a noted expert among his colleagues in advanced elder law issues.
Peggy Hoyt, Randy Bryan and their team look forward to another fifteen years of helping Floridians navigate complex legal matters in estate planning and elder law.
