Vero Beach, FL (PRWEB) April 04, 2014
Praised for his military and community service that saw him serve as a paratrooper for the U.S. Army and as a councilman on the Vero Beach City Council, Kevin Doty has built a respected reputation as both a skilled attorney, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practitioner and as an activist committed to saving the environment and serving his local community. In an effort to establish an online presence for his law and ADR practice, he recently announced his member ship in the fast-growing online mediation network, Mediation.com.
“We’re all here to pull our own oars,” said Doty of the move. “I’ve been committed to preserving our national heritage since childhood, and I’ve acquired the versatile skills needed to pursue those goals, especially the protection of our natural world. I bring that level of passion to all of my clients, both as an attorney and a mediator – because I believe strongly in community. We’re all in this together, and I take my role as a mediation professional very seriously. In order to reach out to more people who could benefit from my passion and my experience, I joined Mediation.com.”
A graduate of the Florida State University, College of Law, Doty is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Court, County Court and Appellate Mediator. He is also a qualified arbitrator and previously served as public arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for almost 20 years. His practice focuses on contract negotiation, administrative, civil, and commercial litigation, and the representation of and counsel to conservation organizations.
