(587 F.2d 602, Third Cir. 1978), and Wawa Inc. v. George Haaf (Haha) (No.96-cv-04313, E.D.Pa. 1996). He specializes in the computer, telecommunications (including Internet and RFID), mechanical arts, hardware and software, medical devices and pharmaceutical industries.
Mr. Pokotilow has been named Philadelphia Lawyer of the year by Best Lawyers in 2012 for Patent Litigation and again in 2013 for Trademark Law, has received Managing Intellectual Property Magazine’s 2013 Litigator of the Year – Pennsylvania award, has been named to Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Top 10 List from 2011 to 2014 (and the top 100 since 2006), and is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell.
