Since 1981, he has been involved in personal injury, worker compensation and other commercial and civil disputes. Because of his extensive experience, Marshall is certified as a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.
Marshall has worked as a personal injury and workers’ compensation lawyer for 33 years. He graduated with a Juris Doctor from the Duke University Law School in Durham, North Carolina in 1981 and has since served as a lecturer at multiple seminars concerning Workers’ Compensation Law.He is board-certified in Workers’ Compensation Law by The Florida Bar and is a member of The Florida Bar, Workers’ Compensation Section of The Florida Bar, Florida Workers Advocates, and the Orange County Bar Association. Marshall Adler has also received an AV rating from Martindale Hubble and a perfect 10.0 rating from AVVO, which are the highest ratings an attorney can receive from these organizations.
