I’m incredibly excited about this expansion of services. I’m committed to helping families through the process of mediation, which so often is a better fit for accomplishing their goals less stressfully.

Known for her passion and commitment to helping children and families deal with difficult situations, well-respected attorney and ADR professional Molly Gutcher recently announced the expansion of her practice in the fields of Family Law Mediation, Parenting Coordination and Guardian ad Litem Representation as well as her membership in the nation’s fastest-growing ADR portal, Mediation.com.
“I’m incredibly excited about this expansion of services,” Gutcher said of the announcement. “I’m committed to helping families through the process of mediation, which so often is a better fit for accomplishing their goals less stressfully. I believe that the key is to clarify the needs of both sides of a dispute, then identify the goals being pursued. Then you can move forward and help people calmly and affordably achieve those goals while maintaining respect, integrity and privacy – and keeping family bonds strong under the most difficult of circumstances.”
With her practice expansion, Molly offers divorce mediation, parenting coordination services, guardian ad litem representation, and other family mediation services. Her rates are dependent on income as she wishes to help anyone in need regardless of circumstances, and has flexible appointments to accommodate busy family schedules.
Molly, a Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and Qualified Parenting Coordinator in Hillsborough County, has been in practice for more than 20 years. A graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, she is the former Director of the Hillsborough County Guardian ad Litem Program and former Chief Operating Officer of Hillsborough Kids, Inc. She received the Unsung Hero Award from the Stetson University School of Law Child and Family Law Association and was the 2000 recipient of the American Bar Association, Young Lawyer’s Division Child Advocacy Law Award.
